N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to support our customer at The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) providing support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for all activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and software projects responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications
- Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization
- Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes
- Conduct quality audits and review/analyze related data and documentation
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team monitor and improve quality
- Supporting long-and short-range planning
- Strengthening the presence of the team as an Agile center of excellence; actively contributing to the organization Agile Community
- Analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components
- Performing scheduled and allocated work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives
- Developing new and refining existing processes to enhance quality and productivity
- Reviewing and evaluating work and preparing periodic performance reports
- Ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts
- Manage a team of experienced technical professional
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional
- Professional Experience: 5 + years related technical experience
- Strong software development background, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
- SAFe certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated team
- Demonstrated experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile approach
- Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
