N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking an Information Technology/Audiovisual Specialist to support our contract specializing in events and meeting planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in audio-visual systems, PC/Mac laptops and operating systems, IT infrastructure, and event management technologies such as Cvent, Zoom software, Doodle Poll, Poll Everywhere, and videocasts. This role will be critical in ensuring seamless execution of events, meetings, and conferences. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot IT/AV equipment for various events, including laptops, PCs, Macs, microphones, projectors, screens, and video conferencing tools
- Collaborate with event planners to design AV setups that enhance the attendee experience
- Provide technical support for event-related IT systems and software such as PowerPoint presentations, Zoom meetings and webinars, connectivity between Zoom and conference room equipment and projection systems, PC/Mac laptop computers, Wi-Fi networks, and digital signage
- Conduct tests and quality control checks to ensure all IT/AV equipment is operational and secure prior to events
- Collaborate with conference facilities and/or hotel IT/AV staff to ensure meeting facilities meet event planner/customer specifications and expectations
- Work closely with event planners to understand technical requirements and logistics
- Provide technical consultation to event planners and customers regarding IT/AV specifications to meet meeting or event objectives
- Provide inputs to event planners for formulating the Run of Show schedule to account for time needed to set up required IT/AV equipment
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including managing timelines, venue setup, equipment rentals, operating slide presentations, running microphones during Q&A sessions, and hosting and operating Zoom meetings or webinars
- Serve as primary liaison communicating with conference or hotel IT/AV staff prior to, during, and after a meeting or event
- Train staff and clients in the use of AV and IT equipment during events
- Provide on-site support during events to address any technical issues promptly
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, audio-visual Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of IT desktop and AV support related experience supporting meetings, conferences, and events
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
- At least three years of knowledge and experience with a variety of on-line website/registrations systems and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Cvent, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Possesses expert knowledge of Zoom software administration and features, including Zoom Meeting, Webinar, Sessions, Events, breakout rooms, hybrid events, participant types and roles, transcribing, captioning, translation, collaboration tools, recordings, branding, polling, Q&A, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and Authorizations to Operate (ATO) reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
