N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a part-time HR Administrative Assistant. The HR Administrative Assistant will support our Talent Management department. This role will involve handling a variety of HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR processes to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skill, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality.  

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and assisting with new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating employee events, meetings, and other HR activities.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Provide functional support in other areas as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Part-time position; approximately 16 hours a week
  • U.S. citizenship
